I have completed my master’s degree in applied psychology and am pursuing a Diploma in Rehabilitation Management from the National Institute of Locomotor Disability (NILD)and a Special B.Ed from NIEPID, Also started work as a Substance Abuse Counselor in a Rehabilitation centre ( more than 4 years) in a wide variety of patients to improve their lives by teaching effective coping techniques and helping them to change their behavioural patterns and improvement in their mental health and overall well-being. I have always enjoyed interacting with each patient and learning how I can help them face daily challenges. I have completed training in R.G. Kar Medical and Hospital as an intern. Experience in dealing with addiction problems, Psychotic and Neurotic problems, ADHD Conduct Disorder and mood disorders. Recently I’ve been working on Autism Spectrum Disorder children.
